A large amount of "self-other training honesty, kindness, and peace" has been posted on the passages that employees pass through every day since 1914. This is the book of Kanpachi Aso, the third generation, and honesty has no wisdom that is superior to honesty. Kindness is an ax that I cut myself for unfriendlyness. Peace is a term that refers to a calm and deep state of mind. Above all, personality training is the first priority of the company, and instead of imposing the corporate philosophy only on employees, the president must also improve his personality. Yaka's corporate motto is "honesty, kindness, and peace" both now and in the past. Their Awamori is distilled using this clear, pure water that flows in abundance from the mountains which gives the Awamori a deep and mellow taste and with a sweet aroma, and is referred to as “Awamori, the Art of Sake.” In order to make high quality Kusu, the young Awamori must also be of a high quality.
