Tasting Notes: Distilled from 100% Beni Satsuma Sweet Potatoes from Southern Kyushu, and made using an original Sweet Potato Koji (instead of Rice Koji, which is usually used in Shochu). The sophisticated sweetness and elegant aromatics of Beni Satsuma are drawn out with Komaki Jozo's "Kodawari". Has a uniquely round and soft savor.
